What is the effect of almost all the planets in 12 ,1,2 house except moon

For Gemini lagan , 1 house ( Sun , Mars, Jupiter) ,2 house ( Venus) ,12 house ( Saturn,Mercury and Rahu) with moon ketu . But in chalit Jupiter moves to 2 and Saturn moves to 1. Here Mercury and Jupiter is vargottam and Mercury is in pushakar navmansh. And Saturn and Mars are combust. How would it effect the natives life .
