Pranaam Sir, Can you please share some thoughts on freewill vs destiny? Do we really have freewill or everything is predetermined & destined the moment we are born? Are there any bhavas/grahas which denote our freewill, if we have any?

For example - for Taurus ascendant, Saturn is in Purva Phalguni, (Nakshatra of Venus), Venus is in Vishakha (Nakshatra of Jupiter) and Jupiter is in Pushya, which is ruled by Saturn. This is making a circular exchange of Nakshatras amongst these 3 planets. Is this combination bound to give good results, especially in Venus Mahadasha?
