@Shishir Nigam what about mercury

@Shishir Nigam but here what i will consider , neechbhangha of mercury or neechbhanga of 8 th house.neechbhanga of 8th house is happening because all the rules regarding cancellation of debilitation are satisfied but in case of mercury what i will judge ,the aspect of jupiter on mercury.Please explain
