Only Saturn (5) aspecting the Mars(25) by 10th aspect. Saturn is exalted in D9

Namaskar Ma'am, Excellent all round analysis. What if 6th /11th Lord Mars is in 10th house, pushkar navamsha and debilitated in D9 ? Will this give illness related to blood, muscles ? It may definitely help in amassing wealth related to property, land etc. but my focus is on the native's health.
