For ex. Sun debliated in libra ascendant at 25'53" and ascendant at 26'14".

Namaste sir, If anyone in their horoscope, has planets at their inital degree or at ending degree in a sign then does that planet aspects half of one house and other half at adjacent house. For ex i have saturn in aquarius in 0 degree in 5th house which will aspect 2nd house 11th house and 7th house,but being in starting degrees can it also aspects or make an influence at 1st house,6th house and 10th house.If yes then how can we read that aspect.
