For eg. In case of Saturn and Mercury conjuction, does the maturity age of Mercury which is 32 is held back till 36 which is maturity age of saturn ? Or the conjuction does not impact the individual maturity age ?

For example, Suppose a man's Venus dasha was bad , so does it mean other things related to Venus are also spoiled like bad Marriage or Wife etc. in general. If no then we should judge its bad results as karaka or house lordship ?
