Because On Basis Of Lordship It Is Good As 5,7,9,10 And 12th Lord Are In 7th House But Sir Prescence Of Sun, Mars And Mercury Is Generally Considered Bad In 7th House As Both Sun And Mars Are Seperative Planets And Mercury Is Bisexual Planet.
