what if lagna lord is causing paapkartari yoga and also if it is combusted. how should it be inferenced ?

Ex: For Scorpio Lagna( 28 Degree), Moon (14D) in 9th House is in paapkartari by Rahu(02D) in 10th and Mars(20D) in 8th House. But in 8th Hosue , Mars and mercury are also combusted as they sit together with Sun.
