I don't know if it's appropriate to ask but my question is related to the recent horrific incidents that have been in news- brutal attacks and assaults especially on women. How does Jyotish explain this? Are there indications of such events in the charts of the victims and abusers? Can they be prevented and if not then what do astrologers do when they see such indications. Also, we are often told "it's their past life karma", but can Karmaphal really explain this level of brutality and suffering, or is some part of it is random, unfortunate situations that can happen to anyone?
