Are there indications of such events in charts of victims and abusers. If yes can they be prevented and if not then what do astrologers do when they see such indications. Lastly, we often hear "it's their past life karma", but can solely Karmphal explain this level of brutality and suffering or is there some randomness in such unfortunate events?
