I don’t use apps for this stuff, but I’ve found that sticking to a simple morning routine really helps me feel less frazzled. I make my bed, do a quick 10-minute walk, and have coffee without my phone. It’s not much, but it sets a chill tone for the day. If I skip it, I’m way more on edge. Also, anyone else find that cutting out late-night snacks helps with feeling calmer?
