Let's say planet mercury is placed in 3rd in friendly rashi with 18 degrees gets debilitated in D9 chart and shadbala gets the lowest score ,for the rest of life mercury will not perform well?????

Only by degree we can not consider planet's strength .we need to chek sadbala of the planet and vimshopak Bal also.planet at 0degree can give strong result of that house in which it placed if ur asandant degree is also nearby 0degree.only by degree of a planet we can judge how much a planet's trade deal with that sing trades in which it placed.
