1/ IF we make that house as lagan should we make divisional chart accordingly or divisional chart will remain same.

2/ will karak and akarak planet change as per ascendant?

3/ If we change ascendant then what will be ascendant degree?

example:- Leo ascendant 5 planet conjunction in 3rd house (libra sign)

should we make it as lagan if everything of native's match from libra lagan, and make divisional chart of libra ascendant? pls help
