Nitin sir, what if for taurus ascendant 2nd lord goes in 12th house and no planet aspect 12th house nor 2nd house, also 2nd house is empty (Mercury in virgo navmansha) Then what will you say as 2nd lord goes 11th from its position but is placed in 12th house??
