Lagnesh Guru in a kundali of dhanu lagna is placed in 12 house (in vrishchik rashi), but it has moved in 11th house in the chalit chart. Will this Guru give good results to the native in general?

Also will this chalit placement activate the 11th house or the kaamtrikon in Guru's mahadasha?

Plz share your views as in 12th house it's not supposed to be that good.
