Based on the information provided, Jupiter and Saturn conjunction in 7th from lagan and Moon shows delayed marriage. Venus moving from exaltation in D1 to Debilitation in D9 will not negatively impact the chances of marriage as both are somya Rashis. Pushkar Navamsa will add to the benefit of Venus related traits.
