My ascendant is Aries ,Venus being the 7th lord is situated in the 7th house at 23 degrees and in the 1st house Saturn(neechbang) is at 16 degrees , moon at 15 degrees and Jupiter(vargottam) at 1 degree . I wanted to understand that Venus being the karaka and bhav lord is situated in its own house and Saturn being a cruel planet is aspecting it , Moon being a Shubha graha is aspecting shukra as well so how should one interpret this ?

Does karaka Bhav Nasha apply here ?
