In my Scorpio lagna kundli there is sun(15') and moon(00') conjunction in lagna itself. So the results I will be getting will be of amavasya dosha Or (navmesh+dashmesh) Dharmkarmadhipati yog??

Both actually... Scorpio is the only lagna.. where sun moon conjunction is good even though moon is losing its paksh bal. in this case your 9th lord has come to the lagna along with your 10th lord making dharma karma adi pati yoga .. its just that without hardwork, luck won't favour...
